1. Overview of Promotion

The “King of the Swing” promotion allows participants to make a risk-free pick on who will be this years "King of the Swing" for a chance to earn a refund on a previous purchase or a store credit equivalent.

• One (1) pick per contestant.

• King of the Swing Winning Golfer will be crowned within 5 days of the end of the promo.

• Refund (money back) applies to any purchase or purchases made within 60 days prior to April 10th, 2025.

2. How to Participate

From March 9, 2025, to April 9, 2025 (11:59 PM CT), participants may enter one (1) golfer as chance to win money back. King of the Swing is a golf tournament happening the weekend of April 9th-13th, 2025. Participants may enter via:

• Bettor Bookie website (entry form available on multiple pages).

• Online purchase on the product page.

• If a participant has made a purchase within the past 60 days, their eligible refund amount will be based on the winning odds category outlined below.

3. Refund Winnings Structure

The refund amount is determined by the golfer selection made by the customer and the outcome of a golf tournament:

25% Refund If you pick a golfer with odds Less than +750 to win

50% Refund If you pick a golfer with odds between +750 to +1250 to win

75% Refund If you pick a golfer with odds between +1250 to +1750 to win

100% Refund If you pick a golfer with odds more than +1750 to win

 Refunds apply to qualifying purchases made within the last 60 days or new purchases made during the promotion period.

 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit if the original payment method is unavailable.

4. No Purchase Necessary Participation

A participant may enter without making a purchase by submitting their pick via the Bettor Bookie website entry form.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Only one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

• Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

• Refund winnings are limited to one per participant during the promotional period.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the promo concludes.
